Once your class has started at HH Korean, the full course fee becomes non-refundable. This ensures fairness to all students and allows us to maintain small class sizes and stable scheduling throughout the course.
However, we understand that unexpected situations can happen. If you experience difficulty attending classes after the course begins, we will do our best to support you so you can continue learning.
Last-Resort Option: Transfer to a Friend
If you are completely unable to continue:
You may request to transfer your seat to a friend
Subject to management approval
Your friend must be suitable for the same level and class
This must be discussed before a maximum of two (2) classes have passed
Transfers are evaluated case-by-case depending on progress, level suitability, and intake status to ensure fairness and class continuity.
We will assess each situation carefully to make sure the transfer is fair for all students and teachers.
Why refunds are not possible after class starts

- Course progress, materials & teacher time are already allocated
