- Strictly no refunds and no free cancellations after registration
- This applies to all class types, levels, and schedules

📚 Workbook Policy
- The digital workbook fee is included in your payment
- No refund will be issued for workbooks once purchased
- Physical workbook upgrade is optional (shipping applies for online students)
