Once you’ve registered and paid for your class at HH Korean, our team will take care of everything to make sure you’re fully prepared before your first lesson.
Here’s what to expect next:
1️⃣ Confirmation & Processing
After successful registration:
- You will receive an order confirmation
- Our admin team will review your registration within 1–3 working days
If you don’t receive any message during this time, feel free to contact us and share your order number 👉 WhatsApp Support
2️⃣ WhatsApp Class Group Chat
About one week before your class starts:
- You will be invited to join your Class Group Chat
- This is where announcements, updates, reminders, homework & communication happen 📝
Please join the group chat on the date shared, so you don’t miss any important messages. Once all students have joined, your teacher will be added to the group.
3️⃣ Welcome Message & Class Details
You’ll receive a welcome message with:
- Your class schedule
- Class start date & time
- Your Zoom link (online students)
- Class location (physical students)
- What to prepare for Week 1
You'll also get access to:
- Digital workbook
- Weekly class notes (PDF)
Everything is organized so you can start with confidence.
4️⃣ Stay Updated Before Class Starts
All reminders and updates will be shared through:
- Your Class Group Chat
- The Community Group (if applicable)
